Upwave Norms, Expanded and Embedded

Enhanced Upwave Norms give you more flexibility to bring benchmarks to your lift results to contextualize performance.

Click the Norms button on your dashboard to access in-platform or download a convenient spreadsheet. Toggle on norms in lift tables, which are easily exportable as PPTX slides. Upwave’s AI agent Bayes incorporates norms comparisons into our AI Campaign Insights Reports when it’s helpful for interpretation (with methodology explainers in the appendix). 

All Upwave Norms – Platform Norms, Industry Norms, Brand Maturity Norms, and Tactic Norms – are generally available.

Faster, More Granular Insights

New, automatically created default cuts available throughout the product include broader age breaks, geographic levels (census region, census division, state), timespans (survey completion month and quarter), and convenient crosses of different dimensions. Click ‘Request Cross Cuts’ from either the sidebar or dashboard ellipsis menu and see results for your custom cross cuts within two business days.  

In Portfolio, the Cut Management feature enables you to easily match your tactic names for smoother cross-campaign comparisons.  Download the template, adjust category and/or cut names in the spreadsheet, and then upload to apply your changes same-day.

Enhancements to AI Campaign Insights Reports

AI Campaign Insights Reports are 100% AI-generated slide decks that clearly summarize overall performance, surface insights into what’s driving it, and make concrete recommendations that you can apply in-flight or on future campaigns. Click ‘AI Campaign Insights Reports’ to generate on-demand. Choose Google Slides or PowerPoint and based on your reporting period you can select results to date or a previous date. 

Supplement your AI Campaign Insights Reports with consistently formatted single- and multi-cut Brand Lift chart slides that are easy to annotate with your own findings. Create a chart in Upwave’s platform, download as a fully editable PPT slide, and insert it right into your report in PowerPoint.

Lower Campaign Minimums

Campaigns created directly in the Upwave platform (app.upwave.com) are now eligible for measurement starting at just 3 million impressions, with no cap on the number of respondents.

Automation Keeps You on Track

Automated email reminders are sent to Campaign Setup & Management notification contacts for your campaigns. Reminders to approve your questionnaire trigger at campaign launch and weekly thereafter, helping ensure measurement starts on time. Alerts also notify you when your campaign ends, with a direct link to your dashboard so you can review complete results, create and update cuts, or generate an up-to-date AI Campaign Insights Report.

Enhanced Integrations

In The Trade Desk, Enhanced Analysis enables new, custom performance cuts that group Ad Groups and Creatives into different slices and buckets available in downloadable reports.

For campaigns using Upwave’s Campaign Manager 360 integration, the CM360 user profile associated with your Upwave team now appears in the Tag Management tab for easier troubleshooting of tagging and discrepancy monitoring.
